Maxwell Konadu Denies Reports Linking Him To Kotoko

Black Stars assistant Coach Maxwell Konadu has swat aside reports linking him to the Kotoko Coaching job.

The ex-Ghana international was reported to be on the verge of joining the Porcupine Warriors who were alleged to be considering on parting ways with Croatian Zdravsko Logarosic.

Lugarosic is currently away at his native country for Holidays fueling speculation about his possible exit from the Club.

Several media outlets however reported the Reds were in contact with their former Coach who is likely to be relieved off his duties as Black Stars assistant Coach.

Konadu speaking on Fox FM denied the said reports.

'Forget about those people making these forceful reports. It's not true as there's  nothing like that at hand,” he said.

''These are some of the things they do in preventing former coaches and playing body from going near the club. If you try to step a foot at their training grounds, people will start reading a whole lot of meaning to it,''

''I just paid them a visit at their training grounds here in Accra and so I don't see the rationale behind peddling rumours on me taking up the coaching job. So please ignore the reports as it needs no attention for there's no iota of truth in it,'' he urged.

The Coach has been appointed the interim trainer for the Black Stars after the departure of Avram Grant.
