Minister of Information, Mustapha Hamid has asked Ghanaians to support President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to make the country ‘a better place to live in’.

According to him, the President and his appointees cannot ‘do the work on their own’ hence everybody must get on board.

Speaking in the studios of Peace FM during his media familiarization tour, Mr Hamid said: “the president and the ministers cannot be the only people to make the country work. They need the support of everybody in the country. For instance we cannot make our streets dirty and complain of sickness, we need to be conscious of our environment, make it clean and help Ghana grow”

The Minister for Information is undertaking a familiarization tour of sector media organizations with the aim of building a working relationship between them and the government.
