Stand-up comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonnet is known for cracking ribs by focusing on current and pressing issues and his performance at the Easter Comedy Show was not a deviation.

Although he was vulgar on the night, his joke about the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong caused patrons to laugh their hearts out.

Drawing inspiration from the recent incident on Adom TV where Mr Agyapong described the cheeks of the host, Omanhene Kwabena Asante as 'bofrot', DKB wondered how the reaction of the legislator would be if he were presenting the budget statement on the floor of Parliament amidst heckling from the minority.

Aside this, DKB shared other knee-slapping jokes at the Accra International Conference Center held event including Medikal who won nothing despite earning seven nominations at this year's Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

The Easter Comedy Show organised by Event Factory and emceed by Comedian Khemikal saw musical performances from Becca, Ofori Amponsah, among others.
