Kaya Tours Ghana in collaboration with Intercity STC have given a new meaning to Easter celebration in Kwahu this year with the first Njoy Ghana tour trip.

An educational trip from Accra to Kwahu with tourists, celebrities and bloggers on Easter Saturday April, 15, 2017, started from Bonsu Arboretum Ecosystem Centre, where they took an adventurous walk on the made in Ghana Canopy Walkway and a historic lecture by the tour guard. 

The Njoy Ghana Tour team moved straight to Kwahu. The bus passed through Obomeng to Obo and to the Kwahu Twenedurase Mystical Caves where the adventure really started.

The entire team climbed a tall mountain with rope hooked to rocks and trees on top of the mountain. After climbing the mountain to a point, the tour guide asked everyone to sit and relax for a while and prepare to enter the cave.

After entering the narrow cave with the help of a head lump, the guide again asked us to pray a minute in total darkness at a sacred point of the cave .

The trip then returned to Obo Kwahu where they climbed 877 steps and also had the opportunity to experience the only zipline in Ghana.

The team then joined the much talked about Kwahu fan carnival filled with events, sales and other fan filled activities on the main street Obomeng from 11pm to the next morning and back to Accra on Sunday April 16, 2017.   

On board the trip were Abeiku Santana, Kofi Adjorlolo’s wife-to-be Victoria Lebene, Counselor Lutterodt, Zionfelix, Ghkwaku, Twinsdontbeg, Yankey, Rapper Ogunskele of 2Tuff, among others.
