President Wishes Pilgrims Well

The President, Prof John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills, has sent a message of goodwill to all muslims undertaking this year's Hajj pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Mecca tomorrow, Tuesday, November 10th. Below is the full statement signed by Koku Anyidoho (Head, Communications) at the Office of the President. As our Moslem brothers and sisters begin their journey tomorrow to the Holy Land of Mecca for this year�s Hajj pilgrimage, His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills is wishing them a safe journey. Having had the peace of mind to prepare physically and mentally for the pilgrimage via the provision of the Hajj Village as well as smooth travel arrangements, it is the prayer of President Atta Mills that the pilgrims will arrive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia safely; partake in the pilgrimage successfully; and arrive back home safely to continue to lend their support to the building of a Better Ghana.
