NPP Not Struggling To Fulfill Its Promises – Adomako Baafi

The acting Director of Communications for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Adomako Baafi has refute claims by some NDC members that his party is struggling to give to Ghanaians the juicy promises they made during campaign time.

He was emphatic that the incumbent led by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is under “no pressure” as purported by the main opposition party.

To him, the NPP is carefully delivering its promises accordingly - having mentioned the already implemented Free Senior High School policy among others.

“If not for the bad economy we [NPP] inherited from the NDC, many would have been done. Despite that, the president is keen on delivering all his promises he made to Ghanaians. We are not struggling at all”, he said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.

According to Yaw Adomako Baafi, the NPP government is “rather busy paying debts the NDC left. They [NDC] should rather appreciate us. The economy is recovering from its sick bed. So far so good, President Nana Addo is performing well”.
