Pregnant Khloe Kardashian has revealed a new ring on her wedding finger as she stepped out in a clinging black catsuit.

The reality star - who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson - has been sporting a large diamond ring on her left hand since late last year amid speculation the parents-to-be are engaged.
