An Ode To Franky Kuri

As an entertainment critic, I believe the life of our astound TV Presenter/Entertainment Critic Franky Kuri should be also celebrated and properly mourned.

FRANKY was a promising act that would have graced our entertainment industry with her talent, style, dynamism and optimism.

Her works spoke for themselves; you can check her out on her YouTube channel @Gist Kuri’s to assess her for yourself.

Dying with her childhood friend Ebony is a symbol of true friendship and loyalty to friend’s code. We should sympathise and eulogise with her family based here in Ghana and the United States rather than raising meaningless questions about her sexuality and preferences in relationship.

Franky Kuri is an interesting character, she is easy going, friendly, welcoming and Fun to be with. Yanky Himself, Abena Dubai, Qwesi Dope, Ayerki, Regina Quaye and Wesley Kesse are few individuals who could attest to these facts.

We think the best way to honour her memories is to look at the positive impact she would have made in our growing Entertainment industry as Ghanaians, rather than throwing unhealthy spears that could further break the family in these times of grief and bereavement.

My very heartfelt condolences to fellow Entertainment Presenters, Social Media Critics who believed in the dreams of Franky Kuri and the Fans who shared her Passion, her mates in Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) and finally to the family she left behind.

Franky Kuri, you really lived your life well, a life that does not please man but a life that pleases you and your God. Walk on well to the next life.

Till we meet again, REST IN PERFECT PEACE.
