REJOINDER: Senyo Hosi Exposes NPA And Gov't

On Monday February 12, 2018, we published a story on our portal culled from another media entity with the headline below;

Senyo Hosi Exposes NPA And Government

Communications Manager for NPA, Anny Osabutey has since contacted us that portions of the said publication were "palpable false and scandalous", especially, "the comments attributed to Mr. Senyo Hosi, who was one of several guests at the event, to suggest he accused the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), and the latter failed to offer a response to counter his accusations".

It was alleged he made those comments at the National Petroleum Authority’s downstream colloquium 2018 edition held at Kempinski Hotel in Accra.

Consequently, a verification exercise carried out by Our Editorial Desk, shows that our publication, which we sourced from ATV, did indeed contain some misrepresentation and deeply regret the use of our platform to put out such factual inaccuracies.

We hereby retract the offending publication and unreservedly apologize to the Authority and all persons named in this story for the embarrassment caused them.

As a mark of the sincerity of our apology, the said publication has since been pulled down from our website. We also publish below the NPA’s rejoinder unedited.

Thank You
