PPP Aspiring National Chairman Nana Ofori Owusu has congratulated Isaac Dogbe for becoming Ghana's youngest boxing Champion after knocking out Jessie Magdaleno in Philapdelphia on Sunday.

Isaac Dogbe is the new WBO super bantamweight/junior featherweight title holder.

The 23 year-old won by TKO in eleven rounds after making a comeback when he was knocked down in the first round to win the bout.

Nana Ofori Owusu, who couldn't hide his joy on Peace FM's Kokrokoo, hailed the young champion saying "this is a shining star, shining black star. I’m so proud that Isaac comes from the motherland and holding our flag high".
