Some Regional and Constituency Youth Organizers have today, taken to another level, their commitment and confidence in Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B) and resolve to have him as the next National Youth Organizer of the Party, by purchasing nomination forms for the later at their own expense.

The NPP opened nominations on last Thursday, 3rd May, 2018 as part of the process to elect National Executives to steer the affairs of the Party in the next 4 years.

Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B went to the NPP Headquarters in the company of Mr. Kwabena Senkyire (Ashanti Regional 1st Vice Chairman), Jerry Osei-Poku (Eastern Regional Youth Organizer), Nelson Owusu-Ansah (Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer), Haruna Mohammed (Northern Region Youth Activist & YEA NR Operations Director) and a host of Constituency Youth Organizers as well as Youth Activists.

Speaking to some of these Constituency Youth Organizers, they vociferously asserted that among the aspirants, its only Nana B who has the requisite skills set to lead the Youth Wing of the NPP to victory 2020 and beyond.

“For me, I think Nana B is the perfect replacement of Sammi Awuku. The Youth Wing of the NPP needs someone with Confidence, good organizational and communication skills coupled with advocacy skills. We need someone who is influential and charismatic in humility to inspire youth voluntarism across the Country and I am of the firm conviction that Nana B is the only person among the lot with these capabilities. Our resolve to purchase the forms for Nana B is a symbolism of our commiment” - Benjamin Oko, Ningo Prampram Constituency Youth Organizer stated.

Mr. Kwabena Senkyire (Ashanti Regional 1st Vice Chairman) stated that “I have known Nana B for a very longtime as someone who is dedicated, results driven, diligent and humble. He has risen through the ranks - from Students Politics, Polling Station through to the National level
where we have seen him over the years work very hard for the Youth Wing of the Party to remain vibrant.

I think such a person more than qualify to become the next National Youth Organizer and I entreat delegates to vote massively for him.

On his part, Nana B expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the army of Youth Organizers across the country for their loyalty and confidence in him.

He further pledged to commit himself to building a well resourced and motivated Youth Wing formidable enough to secure the party a resounding victory in 2020 as witnessed in 2016

A critical assessment of the heated campaign among the aspirants of the National Youth Organizer Portfolio puts Henry Nana Boakye ahead of his contenders.

He is deemed to be the favorite of not just the grassroots but personalities highly placed in the Party.
