DCOP Hinneh added that the body of the unidentified gunman had been deposited at the Police Hospital morgue for autopsy and preservation.

He stated that Police had also mounted a search for three other suspects who managed to escape during the fire exchange, while one pistle with 32 rounds of ammunition, a revolver with five rounds of ammunition, three iphones and one ipad were retrieved.

He indicated that on Monday at about 13:00 hours, a lotto operator at Tema Community One rushed to the Police Command with the information that his office which is located on the premises of his house had been attacked by four armed men.

The armed men took away five mobile phones and an unspecified amount of money.
