A movie Actor cum musician Frank Osei, popularly known as Frank Naro and his Management have donated items worth 6,000 Ghana cedis to Department of Child Health of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

The items donated include: beverages, toiletries, detergents, sack of sugar and other valuable items to the children department.

The actor embarked on this benevolent exercise as a result of the love and care he has for children, particularly the underprivileged.
According to the Kumawood actor, children are the future leaders of this nation; hence the need to support them in order to become meaningful citizens adding “even the bible teaches us to be generous in life.”

He therefore entreated other corporate bodies, philanthropist, to endeavour to extend hands to the less privileged in the country in order to help put a smile on their faces.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Child Health Department, the Acting Deputy Director Madam Joyce Oppong-Ayisi, expressed her gratitude to Actor for his kind gestures and benevolence hands to the hospital and assured him, the hospital would ensure every child benefits from the items donated.

And prayed more should come to cushion them as they work to ensure every child admitted is well taken care of.
