Member of the NDC Communications Team, Sammy Gyamfi, has emphatically stated that he strongly disagrees with persons who describe comments made by Kwesi Nyantakyi, President of the Ghana Football Association [GFA] in Anas’ video as a show-off.

According to him, Kwesi Nyantakyi’s statements in the expose could have only come from high level sources in government as he gave details about the President and even information about government projects.

Speaking on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ programme, the NDC activist noted that nobody can deceive him into believing that the utterances made by the embattled GFA President in the video were not true, since he is not an ordinary man to speak without facts.

“Kwesi Nyantakyi is not an ordinary person, he is a lawyer, a bosom friend of the President, GFA President, first Vice President of the Confederation of African Football [CAF], member of FIFA executive committee, the second most powerful person in African football, therefore, and he can’t talk without basis,” Sammy Gyamfi said on UTV.

Sammy Gyamfi further concluded rather interestingly, that the looks on the faces of the President (Nana Akufo-Addo) and his Vice (Dr. Bawumia) after watching portions of the video clearly showed they are aware of the said deal with the supposed investors.
