The El WAK Sports Stadium is currently undergoing renovation to host the 2018 Africa Women’s Championship.

The EL WAK Sports Stadium have been selected as one of the two venues to host the competition.

The Local Organizing committee decided to select the venue to replace the Accra Sports Stadium which is also undergoing renovation.

Works are currently ongoing to revamp the Stadium in order to host the competition.

Ghana will host Africa Women’s flagship football competition for the first time later this year.
