Papa Kwesi Nduom ‘Quits’ Group Nduom In Ghana

Successful businessman mogul, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom has announced his resignation as the Chairman of all Group Nduom Companies in Ghana.

The politician cum businessman also noted that - “I’m getting out of being on the Board of all our companies in Ghana.”

“From a week or so ago, I’m no longer the Chairman of Gold Coast Fund Management. As a matter of fact, I’m getting out of being on the Board of all our companies in Ghana. I don’t want to be a Director; I don’t want to be a Manager or CEO of any of our companies in Ghana,” he made this known in an interview with Accra based Class FM, Monday, October 29, 2018

Dr. Nduom who owns a chain of businesses in Ghana and abroad said he is now interested in playing the role as an investor than a Chairman.

“We are going to divert some of the shareholdings in our company to other entities, other individuals and I want to make sure that the relationships with those people are the best. I also want to make sure that anybody who has monies with us, my job is going to be that we work to ensure that they get their monies,” he explained.

Dr. Nduom has created 65 businesses around the world, with the bulk of it operating in Ghana - his businesses fall mostly in the banking/finance, hospitality and media categories.

He recently acquired a bank, ISF Bank, in the USA.
