Zylofon signed hi-life artiste, Nana Yaw Kumi, popularly known by his stage name Kumi Guitar has said gone are the days when he used to feel worried when people trolled him of his weight.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, the ‘Betweener’ singer disclosed that when he first surfaced in the music industry, he had no such courage to stand against people who criticized him concerning his weight.

He continued that now he has come to realize that criticism is part of the Showbiz and as a public figure you should always be prepared to be lashed.

“Sometimes when I read and I don’t see such comments I get worried. You are a public figure, so you can’t run away from these things…our lives are not private to anyone.

If you are telling me to lose weight…it’s not like you are killing me…it’s the way and manner you say it,” he told Andy Dosty.
