Peace FM sports journalist Daniel Akorful has been confirmed dead after battling an illness.

Daniel was confirmed dead at the hospital last Thursday afternoon.

Danny, as he is affectionately called in the sporting fraternity has not been active for some time due to his illness.

The deceased until his demise was a reporter for Peace FM. He also worked for the likes of Asempa FM and the Ghana Sports Newspaper.

May his soul rest in peace.
