Nana K. Acheampong Is Set To Thrill Ghanaians In 'True Colors' TV Series

Kumawood actor and director, Nana K. Acheampong has promised an exciting performance in the local TV series 'TRUE Colors' which airs on United Television (UTV).

The actor said that the nature of the story is dynamic and set to reveal more impressive performances from him. He added that the 'True Colors’ TV series was different from other local productions he has featured in.  

Nana K. Acheampong can be described as a man of many talents with a successful career in the movie industry.

As a director, he has to his credit movies and series such as 'Edwaman Kessie', 'Saman Abufuo', 'Akrobeto Amanehunu' and 'Hostel' TV Series. Nana K. is not relenting on his efforts by being overly satisfied with his success in previous works.

 He said, he is making the necessary effort to give the Ghanaian audience an impression that will last a lifetime through the TV series. “This series is not going to be like any other TV series where you watch and forget. The story line is, of course Ghanaian and tuned to our local setting, but it has some surprises in there that Ghanaians haven’t seen before.

Plus, the story was written in a way that it will merge the viewer with the characters as the issues are really issues one can relate to", he explained. "Also, Ghana Ian's should look out for me because I will be stepping out of my comfort zone this time; this is not the usual Nana K, but something different", he added.

In the TV series, 'True Colors', Nana K Acheampong as 'Santiago', plays the role of a 'Banker' who lives as a tenant in Ewurama's house. Ewurama is the landlady and has Mercy, played by Gloria Sarfo, as a friend. Ewurama the landlady snatched Mercy's fiancé and married him. Ewurama who is now a married woman wants to have 'Santiago' by any means necessary. Now, both Mercy and Ewurama are trying to win 'Santiago's heart. Nana K. Acheampong is caught up in a tug of love between the two ladies.
