Yes, there have been several death cases where reports indicated that they were caused by over usage or improper use of these social media apps.
Fans of South African rapper, Nomuzi Mabena aka Moozlie were left frightened as an Instagram live session captured the exact moments Moozlie had an accident whilst snapping and driving.
Some other fans think the scene was staged for a publicity stunt considering the fact the musician was able to perfectly put her message across before the supposed accident.
However, a screenshot has also popped up online which details a conversation with the “victory” Rapper confirming the accident was real.
“I swear it was a head-on collision with a woman on a broom. Or at least that’s what I saw. When I stepped out from the vehicle to check, there was nothing” – excerpt of her chat read.
A further check also shows Moozlie actually drove off after seeing her boyfriend and was on her way home before her alleged crash.
Anyway, GhanaCelebrities.Com t can’t confirm if any of these claims are true but yeah this is a wake-up call to all the social media lovers. Careful not to try this at your end.
