The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Deputy National Youth Organiser, Edem Agbana, who was assaulted by some security officials at the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency on Wednesday, says the attack was instigated by NPP’s Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B.

Edem Agbana had gone to monitor the by-election.

According to Edem Agbana, the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye intentionally ordered some well-built men to assault him in the full glare of state security officers.

“Nana B should know that, his party is in power today so he can do whatever he likes. We’ll also come to power,” he said in an interview on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’. 

Edem Agbana said he will not take any legal action against Nana B but likely to take revenge when his party comes to power.
