The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP], John Boadu, says it’s “strange” why NDC’s National Chairman, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo is refusing to deny or confirm if the voice  on the circulated leaked tape is his.

He questioned why the NDC Chairman has been tight-lipped since the audio in which he was allegedly inciting violence leaked.

“Why is he not speaking? We all know the kind of person he is. So now he can write letters but can’t speak?” he questioned. 

Adding that, “I am now afraid of him [Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo].”

Mr Ofosu-Ampofoh is also heard encouraging his party members to unleash venom on Mrs Jean Mensa, the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission.

In the same audio, the elder of the Church of Pentecost can be audibly heard urging the party’s communicators to descend heavily on the Chairman of the Peace Council.

Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ - John Boadu said “I am disappointed in NDC’s national executives, where is Asiedu Nketiah and the rest, they should speak”.
