Mahama's Cabinet Ministers Can Only Qualify As Deputy Ministers In Akufo-Addo’s Gov't - Abronye

The acting Chairman of Bono Region of the ruling New Patriotic party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe aka Abronye DC says the qualified Cabinet Ministers who served under former President John Dramani Mahama’s administration will only qualify as Deputy Ministers if they were to be in the NPP.

According to him if you compare the cabinet Ministers of former President Mahama’s regime to that of President Akufo- Addo’s administration, Mahama's appointees will only qualify as deputy Ministers.

Speaking on Net 2 TV, he explained that "how can qualified cabinet Ministers suggest to the government to go for a loan that will hinder the youth of this country from getting employment, referring them to the IMF deal".

“President Nana Addo within 2 years has employed more than 42,000 teacher trainees and workers within the various Ghana Education Services, paid nurses and teacher trainees allowances, the NABCO initiative etc. How can he achieve this if not having good and qualified cabinet Ministers," he stated.

“The kind of work Nana Addo has done within two years baffles them (NDC) making them dazed . . . now the NDC has adopted a new strategy . . . we are aware of their skimming activities because they have already promised to make the country ungovernable for President Nana Addo," he said.

He therefore patted the back of President Akufo-Addo and his administration for putting proactive measures in managing the economy.
