The 34-year-old reality star and the Canadian 28-year-old stood about six feet apart as they sang happy birthday to their child beside the cake and other goodies.
The seemingly amicable exes split after Tristan was caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods at a drunken February 19 party at his house.
