The Management of Modello Properties Ghana Limited in partnership with Dagbo Limited incorporated of New York, United States to construct 20,000 housing units across the country in the next ten years.

The project, which is also in partnership with Civic Engineering Expert Limited and CREDEF Finance Company would accord Ghanaians the opportunity to own and live-in High-quality homes.

Mr Bright Semanu Atta, CEO of Modello Properties Ghana Limited speaking at the launch of the Modello City Home project in Ghana said the project was to complement government’s effort to augment Ghana's housing needs while reducing the current deficit of the over 1.2 million.

"It will be affordable to households earning a wide range of incomes (Low middle- and high-income earners)," he added.

He said the partnership, would see the first project, the Modello City Homes built across three different areas within the Greater Accra Region namely Oyarifa, Amansaman and Prampram.

He said the company was a wholly Ghanaian owns Limited Liability Company, focusing on three major arms of services, which includes: Project Development, Property Management and Sales and Marketing.

Mr Atta said the projects would feature recreational centres like Gymnasium, Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Pitch and health centre coupled with 24hour security.
