Communications team member of the National Democratic Congress [NDC], Alhaji Mohammed Naziru has strongly stated that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo can never fight corruption with family members involved in his administration.

He said the first gentleman of the land should be in the known by now that operating with families will not yield ones required achievement; therefore he needs a firm government to achieve a vision of this nature.

Speaking on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ panel discussion segment, the NDC Communicator stated that a “the high rate of nepotism in President Akufo-Addo’s government can never yield his dream of fighting corruption”.

Commenting on the alleged list of 26 persons in line of facing prosecution and leaked from the office of the Special Prosecutor, Alhaji Naziru indicated the list would be false, intentionally created by a member of government to divert attention of pressing issues that are discrediting the President.
