Kim Kardashian enjoyed her first night out on Tuesday, since welcoming her fourth child, a son called Psalm, via surrogate, 11 days before. 

The 38-year-old looked incredible wearing a pink form-fitting maxi dress which had a sexy thigh-split going up one side and clung to her body. 

With her impressive curves on display, Kim had come out to support her sister Kylie Jenner's skincare launch in Los Angeles.
