The Chief of Staff, Mr. Henry Martey Newman has been instructed by President Atta Mills to find suitable accommodation for the Rawlingses after their house got burn on Valentine�s Day. There have been various suggestions as to where the accommodation would be located � the AU Village at La or Ridge?; Australia House, near Christ The King School or Jubilee House? Signals picked up by the Daily Dispatch indicate that the Jubilee House has living spaces for a servicing President, not ex-Presidents. That shoots down the suggestion of Jubilee House Regarding Australia House, a source revealed the place is under rehabilitation and even when completed, would be used as residence for visiting Heads of State. A house from one of the two AU Villages � La or Ridge would have been appropriate. However, there is a school of thought that the government would not select one of the houses, as it would give their political opponents, valuable propaganda material. The source explained, �The government has been investigating allegations of malfeasance in the construction of houses in the AU Villages. Why should we use one of such houses?� As at press time last night, there were indications that one of the National Security�s safe houses would be made available to house the former First Family.
