President Mills in his second state of the nation address served notice that his administration would not leave any stone unturned to prosecute subsequently jail present and former ministers of state. Former President Jerry John Rawlings had also accused the Mills administration as being slow to prosecute former ministers of state whom he had always accused of being corrupt. It would be recalled that Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings recently at the inauguration of the National Executive Committee of the NDC asked President Mills to start prosecuting former ministers of state. It can also be recalled that Betty Mould who went to court seeking to convict five soldiers for allegedly murdering Mr. Rokko Frimpong, finally withdrew out of the case, because to her, it was more justifiable to prosecute the initial suspects in the case.
