Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh, Director-General of NADMO on Wednesday, 8th April, 2020 on behalf of Government has presented food items for distribution to the needy and vulnerable in Kumasi and other 14 lockdown Municipalities and Districts in the Ashanti Region. 

The presentation was received by Simon Osei-Mensah, Regional Minister who also presented them to the Regional Council of Churches and the Muslim Community Council in the Region with Rt. Rev. Prof Yinkah Sarfo receiving it on behalf of the religious bodies. 

Rt. Rev. Prof. Yinkah Sarfo thanked the President for the confidence reposed in them and expressed their preparedness to distribute the items equally to the vulnerable and needy. 

The presentation was graced by Hon. Cynthia Morrison, Minister for Gender and Social Protection and Hon. Freda Prempeh her deputy, Hon. Elizabeth Agyemang, Deputy Regional Minister, Hon. Osei Assibey Antwi , Mayor of Kumasi, staff of NADMO and among others.
