You Have No Business To Use Chaos To Resolve Your Issues - Kabila Tells Blind Students

Former acting CPP General Secretary, James Kwabena Bomfeh, has warned students of the Akropong School for the Blind in Akuapem North Municipality in the Eastern Region against resorting to violent protest to address their grievances.

The students on Friday, May 14, 2021 embarked on a demonstration seeking the removal of the school’s headmistress.

They accuse the headmistress named Mahela Narh of mismanagement and misappropriation of funds leading to poor academic performance and the gradual collapse of the school.

They further alleged that the Headmistress sells commodities donated to the school by philanthropists.

She is also said to have been verbally abusing students over their disability, among other complaints by the students who want the headmistress out.

The students have reportedly threatened to burn the school should their calls be ignored.

Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme, James Kwabena Bomfeh, a.k.a Kabila, backed the students for exposing their headmistress but cautioned them not to take the laws into their own hands.

''You have no business to use chaos and unlawfulness to deal with your challenges," he said.
