It's a Worry When Your Finance Minister Is More Powerful Than National Security Minister - Kabila Argues
The Executive Director of Rights of Youth and Disability International (RYD), Dr James Kwabena Bomfeh Jnr. a.k.a Kabila has bemoaned the condition of the President Akufo-Addo regime where it appears the Minister for Finance is more powerful than the National Security Minister.
"In a government when your Finance Minister is more powerful than your National Security Minister is a worry for your governance and the management of that sector," Kabila said.
Justifying his assertion, he added; "finance itself must be guided by intelligence eyes, it must be guided by intelligence hand . . . the intelligence sub sector is the octopus . . . it protects the Presidency from even the President if he becomes a danger to it."
