Crises In NDC Will Not Affect Government - Vice President

Vice President John Mahama has assured Ghanaians in the diaspora that the current crises in the NDC will not affect the running of government. John Mahama who was addressing the Ghanaian community in the United States of America said he is hopeful the NDC will come out of the crises unscathed. His assurance follows concerns raised by some Ghanaians in the United States about the possibility of the crises becoming a burden on the entire country. But the Vice President said they have nothing to fear. Yes there is some turbulence in the ruling party and I am sure that in any human organization there comes a time when you face turbulence. NDC is not the first to have crises in the party; other parties have gone through their own crisis. But I think in all these, what you pray for is that you emerge from the crisis stronger than before the crisis, he said. In all these we make sure that the crisis does not affect the running of the country, he said, adding, the business of Ghana is bigger than any political party. John Mahama also appealed to Ghanaians in the diaspora to consider coming home to invest because of the numerous opportunities that abound in Ghana now.
