Kwesi Pratt has shared his thoughts on the impending parliamentary primary of the New Patriotic Party.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will conduct its parliamentary election in constituencies with sitting Members of Parliament on Saturday, January 27, 2024.

Making his submissions on Peace FM's morning show "Kokrokoo", Mr. Pratt, reading today's news, noted that some of the aspirants have resorted to Pastors laying their hands on them in hope of winning their primaries.

The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper found this amusing as he read that one of the aspirants had had 10 Pastors to pray for him  ahead of tomorrow's primary.

To him, there is no need for it stressing if the aspirant or sitting MP seeking re-election has no credible record before the delegates, no amount of prayer will save him or her.

"If you lived a good life and serve your constituents well, you don't need 10 Pastors to win the election. Your deeds will show that you should be voted for. But if you failed to do a good job, you can even go for 2000 Pastors to pray for you and you will still lose", he exclaimed.

"There are equally some people who go to Israel to touch a certain wall believing that will give them the breakthrough but not in this election or any other election", Kwesi Pratt added.

"If you like sit on the wall or break a portion and chew, it doesn't concern us", he derisively replied those people.
