Information reaching Peacefmonline.com indicates that the Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), in charge accreditation has been involved in a car accident today, Friday July 8 at Mampong in the Ashanti Region. George Lawson was travelling with a driver and one other to Sunyani with the accreditation cards for the party�s ongoing congress in the Brong Ahafo regional capital. According to the Propaganda Secretary of the party, Richard Quashigah who confirmed the accident to Citi News said the car somersaulted several times but they only sustained minor injuries. He said the victims have since been treated and discharged to continue their journey, stressing that �Everything is intact including the accreditation materials and by God�s grace, everything will move on smoothly.
