Nduom: Enough Is Enough; Lets ceasefire

The beleaguered presidential aspirant of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP), Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, has refused to reply to tantrums thrown at him through his party chairperson Samia Nkrumah, but has rather extended an olive branch to his critics within the party. Dr. Nduoms conciliatory statement has been welcomed by some party executives after having come under fierce criticisms by Ms Nkrumah, who said the party has had enough of his nonsense. Nduom has been accused of scheming to stampede the party to hold early congress when it is not ready to do so. Party executives including General Secretary, Ivor Greenstreet, has said the former Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem (KEEA) MP is aiming at disintegrating the party for his selfish ambitions. Nduom, who was the 2008 flagbearer of the CPP, has appealed to party executives and his supporters in particular to move from washing their dirty linen in public and rather focus on how to resolve their differences internally. I am calling on any and everybody in the CPP, who say they support me; who say they are for me to stop and cease with immediate effect any and all attacks on other people within the CPP, Nduom told an Accra-based radio station Joy FM. I am saying enough is enough. Whatever issues there are let the CPP resolve it internally and lets move on. We all joined this party by choice and whatever the issues are well deal with them in-house.
