Ghana's leading telecommunications service provider, MTN, in partnership with Qualcomm, has launched the MTN/Qualcomm 3G enabled HTC phone in Accra to kick-start an awareness campaign aimed at creating a platform to drive increased data usage among Ghanaians, particularly the business community.
