Team Zempare wishes to draw the attention of all discerning delegates and meaningful patriots of our great NPP fraternity about an attempt by some faceless and mischievous persons who are purportedly spewing falsehoods about her campaign and a possible stepping down.
Background
There is a write up with no caption and no name of a reporter going viral on social media. The write up seems to suggest that, the said reporter visited a prophetess who happens to be the spiritual mother of our competent candidate, Madam Joyce Zempare who is a lead contender for the National Women Organizing race.
According to the faceless reporter, the name of the prophetess is one “Sofomaame Zephania Aseda-Nhyira” of Heaven Life Miracle Chapel. And that, there was a spiritual exercise that sought to link the outcome of the balloting and the numbers picked by the two candidates to the results of the elections. By extension, who ever picked slot 1 was spiritually the winner and the opposite for slot 2.
Setting The Record
It is a fact and worth mentioning that our competent and dynamic versatile candidate Hon. Joyce Zempare does not worship and has no relationship with the said church and the prophetess. For avoidance of doubt, Madam Joyce Zempare worships with “The Makers House” located at Dome-Kwabenya. The Head Pastor is by name Pastor Boadi Nyamekye. These are facts that could be verified.
Questions
We wish to ask the writer and or the faceless reporter,
1. Where the so called church Heaven Life Miracle Chapel is located?
2. We also wish to know the name of the so called reporter of this falsehood.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, we wish to state emphatically that, the story going round is not just a malicious and “unmodernized” but a recipe to bring disunity among the two camps.
We, Team Zempare have constantly espoused our agenda of women empowerment and strategies and plans to ensure the NPP party wins election 2020 and would not fall prey to any distraction.
We therefore call on all delegates to vote for only competency in the upcoming elections to ensure that, the party presents a formidable Women’s Wing that can match the NDC boot for boot on the grounds and media space.
