When Bishop Bob Okalla and Nkomode travelled on the road hereafter, many a Ghanaian nurtured the belief that our comedy died with them.

When our dearly departed Bob Santo left the scene, our hopes of getting a perfect replacement were dashed because we cast our eyes and saw no one with the ability to fill the vacuum created.

Little did we know that there was a group that could take up that huge responsibility left behind by the names mentioned above.

To rekindle our Cantata days, the NDC, a party full of comedians extraordinaire, have come up with a list of happenings they tout as scandals under the Presidency of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Amongst the list are some of the following;

●12 top state infrastructure designs sole-sourced to one firm.

● Appointment of Kwame Owusu as board chairman of GRA.

●4.5 million profligate spending at the 2019 AFCON.

●$10 million wasted on cocoa roads audit.

●GHS283 million paid in judgment debt.

●Millitants train at Presidency Annex

●Fight at GNPC between CEO and board chairman.

●Government busted in $12 million Oslo consulate deal, amongst other flimsy items they enunciated in the list they are heartily and gleefully propagating.

The nomenclature, Scandal, does not appear to find itself in their dictionaries so they find it difficult understanding its meaning.

None of the above and those captured in the list can pass for the scandal test.

These itemized lists could only be wholeheartedly appreciated, consumed and embraced by their gullible party members.

Mahama's Presidency was rocked by scandals after scandals, a phenomenon that railroaded their trip into opposition, and they entertain the thoughts that a similar approach could oil their course.

There might have been one or two critical happenings to look at but to list these flimsy items as being scandalous would only go to confirm that these people have nothing in terms of messages to help their decrepit campaign.
