Jesé Rodríguez is improving in leaps and bounds and the former academy player’s stats show that. This season he has already scored five goals (three in La Liga and two in the Copa del Rey) and provided three assists.
Interestingly, all of his league goals have come away from home, and all in some of Spanish football’s most famous stadiums. The first was the Camp Nou. Then came the Mestalla where he sealed three important points for his team and San Mamés was the most recent. In a few days, Jesé may have the opportunity to open his account at the Vicente Calderón.
