L.A. prosecutors will not charge Bill Cosby after a woman recently accused the comedian of sexually assaulting her 40 years ago, PEOPLE has confirmed.
In a lawsuit, Judy Huth alleges that Cosby sexually assaulted her when she was 15 years old, and that the incident has led to "mental anguish" and "significant problems throughout her life."
