BRITAIN will endure "crippling snowfalls" from November which could lead to the coldest winter in a decade after a record-breaking summer heatwave, an expert has warned. The mercury often rose to 35C throughout July as the UK enjoyed a long, hot summer but winter is projected to respond by bringing harsh conditions.
