A 50-year-old agricultural extension officer has been allegedly shot and killed by armed robbers at Aputuogya in the Bosomtwe District of Ashanti.
Tenants told Class News’ Ashanti regional correspondent, Aboagye Frank Jackson, that they heard two gunshots at about 8:30pm on Tuesday May 31 and came out only to see Joseph Baah Tweneboah lying in a pool of blood dead.
The deceased, described as calm and religious, was shot twice in the stomach.
The suspects, three armed men, took away an unspecified amount of money and a laptop.
The police are yet to arrive at the scene.
