C&G Aleksa Company Limited, a Ghanaian registered mining company has filed a Writ of Summons against Multimedia Group Limited, owners and operaters of ADOM 106.3 FM and one of its employees, Blessed GodsBrain Smart alias Captain Smart, the host of DWASO NSEM on that station.
In the suit which was filed at the High Court, General Jurisdiction Division, Accra, the company seeks the following reliefs against Multimedia Group Limited and Captain Smart:
