The Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Nii Armah Ashitey, says the decision of doctors to return to work is a welcoming news and must be commended.
In an interview on Behind the News, Mr. Ashitey said government is ready to comply with the rulings that will emerge out from the Public Service Negotiation Committee on doctors conversion differences.
He said one way to resolve the industrial action by doctors amicably is to stay within the confines of any agreement that will be signed between the government and the Ghana Medical Association.
