The 25th edition of the National Best Farmers' Awards has ended at the Jubilee park in Tamale.
56-year-old, Davis Narh Korvoe from Somanya in the Eastern Region was crowned the 2009 National Best farmer in the 25th edition of the National Best Farmers' Awards held at the jubilee park in Tamale.
He has been rewarded with a house therefore taking over from last years winner, 54-year-old accountant and Managing Director of Bandoh Commercial Farms, Mr.Adjei Twum Bando.
The second prize went to 40-year-old Madam Eva Ametepe from Ada in the Greater Accra Region, whilst the National Best Fisherman award went to Johnson Kofi Kuma from the Volta region.
