Workers of Golden Tulip Hotel are up in arms against management of the hotel for what they say are the poor conditions under which they work.
The workers are peeved that management has refused to heed their request for better remunerations. XYZ News’ Michael Nsia Otchere who was at the premises of the hotel reports that the workers are demonstrating amidst chanting of songs to register their displeasure.
A worker who spoke to XYZ News said management has refused to institute mechanisms that will encourage internal development and promotions. They are therefore calling on them to put in place measures to develop the skills of workers.
