The Government has directed Ministries, Agencies and Departments (MDAs) to revert flying flags at full mast with effect from Wednesday, August 15.
A statement signed by Mr John Henry Martey Newman, Chief of Staff in Accra expressed appreciation to the MDAs as well as private organisations for their cooperation in flying flags at half mast during the period of national mourning.
The Government directed all flags to fly at half mast after the demise of the late President John Evans Atta Mills on Tuesday, July 24 and following the completion of the period of national mourning they were to fly at full mast.
