Embattled businessman Alfred Woyome appeared in court on Tuesday morning regarding the GH51 million judgment debt, between him and the State.
Woyome who was granted permission from the court to travel aboard was criticized about whether he would return to continue the case or not.
Mr Woyomes special Aide, Kwame Tawiah explained to XYZ News that the presence of his boss in court today vindicates his commitment to the hearing. He also added that its mind-sickening that anyone could think that Woyome traveled and wouldnt come back.
The case today saw one of the key prosecution witnesses, Waterville testify in court.
Mr Woyomes Counsel will cross examine the Waterville witness tomorrow at 9am.
Kwame Tawiah told XYZ News that Watervilles testimony to a large extent supports his boss claims.
