IT appears sanity has finally prevailed over the matter of Springfield versus the new statesman.
Following publication by the new statesman against Springfield group, an energy company operating in Ghana and Nigeria, and it's young CEO Kevin Okyere, there occurred a plethora of publications drawn from the statesman article in both Ghana and Nigeria .
Distressed by these publications, Springfield group took legal action and sued the new statesman for 30 million GH, the equivalent of 7 million dollars.
The legal action was reported by many media houses including peacefmonline.com.
